That's pretty impressive, but probably a tad early to call it goal of the year.
My cousin once found a protected network named 'Praise'. The password was 'Jesus' haha. I guess they figured anybody who could figure that out must be christian or something... and therefore acceptable to use their network?

If Mick Foley was Secretary of Defense, he could scare other countries away from scrapping with the US by delivering intense Cactus Jack promos. And if that fails...well, there's always the good ol' flaming barbed wire 2x4..
Needless to say, he -deserves- to be fired for doing this.!

Ha ha ha ha, oh look, how cute, another story on legalizing weed on digg...?
It's always funny what those who aren't in power will do/say to get back into power. Democrats are Tax and Spend, and this is good, because at least it's pooling in a way to compensate for the spend. With the Republicans it's cut tax and spend, which sounds nice, but it's no where near sane. |

i disagree in part. microsoft is a publicly traded company with incentive to get as many developers on board as possible. take the current economic situation... open source architecture is looking pretty good to many businesses as a way to reduce costs - thus potentially attracting any new comers in the software development world to migrate that way. while i don't necessarily accuse microsoft of being completely void of any philanthropic motives in this case, on the same token i do think their positioning and vitality is the main driving force here - hence publicly traded company with a bottom line to justify to shareholders. and yes to be fair - the same applies to any other software/hardware, publicly traded company.

Detroit should be on the list because of the Pistons basketball club. Philly is on the list but not Pittsburgh?!
