I remember when Android OS came out. People were quick to say its dead in the water because there were a few hundred million smartphones out there with Windows Mobile and it would never be able to compete.A few months later Android is storming the market. You have to understand Sony Ericsson and a lot of other phone manufacturers held off on Android OS completely till it had full multimedia features. The new Android 2.0 due out soon to public release is the OS they've all been waiting for.Sony Ericsson are going to release a bunch of high end phones and they are favouring Android OS over Windows Mobile. HTC will release 50% of their handsets next year with Android OS as opposed to Windows Mobile. Motorolas new generation of smartphone is crafted entirely around Android OS and many more generations of Motorola phones to come will carry on that tradition.Android OS has been an absolute revelation since coming out. Only Nokia are not using Android OS but every other cellphone manufacturer is shifting some of their operation or their entire operation over to Android OS.Android OS is also being tested in set top box applications, media players and tablet PC's and netbooks even.Considering this OS came out a year ago(iPhone has been out since 2007, Windows Mobile since 2000(was called Pocket PC 2000)) the success it has achieved it just astounding. As it stands right now there are more Android phones due than Windows Mobile phones from the major manufacturers in the next 12 months and that is for an OS that is a year old... to say Android has been successful is only the understatement of the millenium.Google could have never anticipated this.

The Queen does not write the Queen's Speech. The content of the speech is written by the Government and outlines their legislative plans for the next session of Parliament. All the Queen does is deliver it to the Houses of Parliament. So lay off her. Even if you don't approve of monarchy don't try to make it look like she's in any way responsible for this legislation.Besides, there are only 70 days of Parliament left before a general election has to be called, and the Labour Party have proposed 13 Bills for debate. There's no chance they'll get through them all and this piracy bill is going to be way down the list. I'd be amazed if there was time to debate more than 3 or 4 bills in total..
It's so cheap to produce, great margins on that.!

Well, can you see yourself on there??
Australia actually has one of the LOWEST violent crime rates on Earth. Something like 1 in 100,000 people. Either way, one game isn't going to make you anymore violent.

I've helped (semi)homeless people at a church before. Many of those who work dead end jobs are also forced to find some place to live because many jobs require residential address. Worst nightmare comes when you don't even have place to stay and people refuse to hire you just because you are without a transportation/residence. And that practice keeps many homeless be homeless and never find a way to settle down. I am just saying, even in the states, there are people who might be just glad to find some place to sleep and rest.

The one thing that blows my mind is how many goals are scored in the NHL off of tipped-in shots. How these players get right in front of the net, and somehow manage to get their sticks up to ricochet the puck traveling upwards of 100 mph from their own teammates is beyond me.
