Thanksgiving is a retarded holiday anyway, a stunning waste of everyone's time.
FTA: "allows your entire family to be cut off from the net or anyone who lives in your house"Which means not only would the guilty be punished, but the innocent too... if there's no trial and the only proof needed is accusation, this means a brit can be made to pay up 50,000 lbs without actually having done anything wrong, and this, in turn, is wrong.

“my brother had down's syndrome and died of heart complications (you probably already know they often accompany DS), and I have absolutely no problem referring to someone as a retard, just because I don't say it around retarded people, and I don't mean it as a derogatory term. it's just a word. people get way too offended by words, and now they feel entitled to complain about other people because of the vernacular they use.get. over. it.

I don't see what's so bad about pot. Can someone explain to me why it's illegal?.
This is partly true, except you are wrong about swine flu, it doesn't kill "the weak ones", it does the exact opposite. It's defining quality is that UNLIKE seasonal flu, it doesn't push sick people over the edge, but some times it kills completely healthy people. Fast.Another detail you fail to mention, is the evolutionary scenario where the genetic property that makes a virus dangerous, is the same that makes it spreadable. This is the "general case" with influenzas; they are dangerous to humans by default, because they infect our vital respiratory systems, which then keeps ejecting viral "spores" all day long. If swine flu finds a more extreme version of this, spreadable+dangerous, it becomes evolutionarily successful, AND deadly.!

Yes but I hope instead of Jews they gas everyone who thinks the earth is 6000 years old and is otherwise a complete *****.?
I'm going to be shooting a short film soon using the 5D Mark II as one of my cameras. Don't be mistaken, the availability of a full-frame HD video camera with interchangeable lenses for that price is absolutely huge. The cheapest digital camera that can compare to that is the Red One, for a much, much higher price tag. The more expensive small-sensor digital camcorders just can't achieve the kind of depth of field and low-light ability that you can get with this thing. At the same time, of course, that's pointless if you don't know how to work with it. It's also worth noting that these video DSLRs are not video cameras, and they lack pretty seriously in the sound recording and live output departments, among other things (which is why the 5D Mark II won't be the _only_ camera I shoot with). If you take one out of the box and try to work it like it's a cheap consumer camcorder, you're going to get video that looks like it came out of a cheap consumer camcorder. So no, it won't make you into a filmmaker. It will, however, make it significantly easier to produce a good-looking film if you have the talent but not the $$. |

"I feel how weak and fruitless must be any word of mine which should attempt to beguile you from the grief of a loss so overwhelming. But I cannot refrain from tendering you the consolation that may be found in the thanks of the Republic they died to save.I pray that our Heavenly Father may assuage the anguish of your bereavement, and leave you only the cherished memory of the loved and lost, and the solemn pride that must be yours to have laid so costly a sacrifice upon the altar of freedom.Yours, very sincerely and respectfully,A. Lincoln"
