a change of intonation would only really work with sentences in such a construction that would allow a change of intonation if given outside of the context of a dialog (and even within a contextual framework). changing a tone can drastically alter a word without the context of the character, hence the use of particles. this is also why chinese has to be a lexicographic language. when you say there are significantly more homonyms in chinese, that should never be understated. even with all the tone combinations, there is a very limited number of words you can form compared to english.

“This is what you said lostlyrics, "I am paid to modernize wasteful stoneage equipment," I guess you will say anything and put down anyone challenging the "Theory" of AWG. Seeing how your lively-hood depends upon it. You wouldn't want the owners of the "wasteful stoneage equipment" to re-calculate their profit margins and cut you loose. The fact is with-in the documents leaked there was a paper on how to propagate the AWG message, and some other stuff about shutting out dissenting opinions. You don't exactly have any credibility.

You *could* get everyone to agree to that.Firstly you get the big providers to adopt a backwards compatible standard, all the opensource sendmail programs would be easy, also the big providers like hotmail and so on. You make sure that the new standard offers some kind of advantage, for instance some kind of certificate that lets people know their email is from the correct target. Or maybe a system that adds in a contact list style system to you authorise people you want to receive email from to basically kill spam. Also you make an opt-in system for domain registrars. Basically have sendmail/inboxes block anything pretending to come from the domain unless its authorised as coming from them. So you can be sure if it came from doandso@gmail.com its from them. The later down the line when %90 of systems are running the new standard, you move on to the next version that sends a response to anyone sending an email using the old system that tells them they need to update or get their ISP/whoever to update, impose limits on messages from there (ie only send a few dozen a day), then later still just outright blocks the old standard. It would take 5-10 years to be effective though.Of course it would be easier to just ditch email for something new, most people I know already use IM as their main form of communication. Something like wave would be a possibility (when it gets to a more usable state rather than the mess it is currently and we see native desktop clients, turning off the features like concurrent editing and editing other peoples stuff, by default and such, but the underlying architecture would work well)..
Have you been there? I have and my mom lives there now. There was a bit of sarcasm when I say 99%. However, a lot of them are racist and they raise their kids to be. It is unfortunate but I know because most of my extended family there is like that. They all hate Obama based soley on the color of his skin. Most of my family there are normally dems but crossed lined because "I am not going to vote for that n*****." exact quote from them. This is why I don't talk to them much. So whatever.!

Now maybe some true debate can occur without the greenies shouting down every dissenting voice. Is human activity negatively impacting the environment? More than likely.Should we do our best to minimize that impact? You bet.Do we need to enact legislation that could prove to be detrimental to economic, political, and geopolitical progress? ***** no.
