Just think they will then open up a new Microsoft facility and hire the newly skilled labor force of Elkhart Indiana. This would be great!
I just called an canceled my subscription to their paper. I don't want to financially support a paper who ruins people's lives. Sure they were both cheating, but it's a private matter and none of anyone's business.

And yet here you are nagging about it....
Mandelson wasn't nicknamed the 'prince of darkness' for nothing, isn't it about time he was sacked (again, 3rd time's a charm etc.)!

I consider the twilight saga to be an aberration of what otherwise is a really cool theme: vampires. That being said I believe that saying that Meyer doesn't deserve the money is delusional. She wrote the novel, teenage girls loved it. It's called: MAKING IT BIG in america. I certainly wouldn't tell my daughter to not read those books or to avoid the movie. We just have to wait for this fad to go away... After about 6 years that is.?
About 10% of the Caucasian population is homozygous for a mutation in either the CCR5 or CXCR4 co-receptor that is required for HIV to enter a CD4 Th cell. In fact, there is a class of drugs that's designed to bind the CCR5 receptors and prevent HIV from ever integrating into the host genome. However, you have to take that drug before you're exposed to HIV at all. It's really probably best utilized in places with endemic HIV like sub-Saharan Africa. The real mystery are the long-term non-progressors. There are certain people who have had HIV for 10+ years yet show no clinical signs of progression to AIDS. That is to say, their CD4 counts are high, their viral load is low, and they don't display any of the opportunistic infections that are associated with clinical AIDS (disseminated tuberculosis, pneumocystis carinii, candidiasis, etc). And I'm not just taking about people who are on the proper anti-retroviral therapy. Long-term non-progressors do better than "regular" (for lack of a better term) people, anti-retroviral therapy not withstanding. It's actually an area of active research. Interesting stuff! |

I just had an idea of the greatest game of all time.Players pick different dinosaurs and various other lethal mammals / reptiles / whatevers, and battle out in an all out tooth and claw gorefest. The final boss battle can be a comet, hurtling down to the earth and destroying everything. The christian version of the game can be a sim city / tetris hybrid, where you select dinosaur bones and fit them into the appropriate holes all over the world.

I completely agree with you. I am deaf as well. I always get frustrated when youtube videos often fail to include subtitles for me to understand what they were saying. It shouldn't be difficult to make them more accessible to people with hearing disabilities. Also, some people turn off sounds because they don't want to bother other people so subtitles would be very useful for them for this reason.

Neat stuff. I remember seeing something similar awhile back, although it was a underwater "lake" of dense brine. I believe it was on discovery.
