Labour loves creating laws that allow them to modify other laws without the approval of Parliament.Here's hoping that, if true, either or both Houses block it (the Lords usually do, they seem to be the ones with a bit of common sense). I think I'll wait until I see an actual Bill before I get the pitchforks out.

The only silver lining to any of this is that if it passes, chances are good it won't take affect until AFTER the 2012 election...and the new Republican president and the 2 year old CONSERVATIVE Congress can vote to change it or to eliminate it completely...
umm...I don't about anyone else but I consider years of scientific research a much more reliable source then a bunch of hackers. Also I have found the telegraph not to be a reliable source itself.-buried as inaccurate
