| Funny how Clinton was paying off the debt and wanted this practice to continue under Gore. But the Republicans, at the first sight of a surplus, screamed bloody murder about how it was their money and that the governent couldnt be trusted to spend it. So instead of electing Gore, getting a modest tax cut and continue to pay off debt, Bush Jr was elected, got two massive tax cuts, a war we didnt need and now all we hear is non-stop bitching about how Obama is ruining America. Look in the mirror next time you complain about national debt. If a Republican gets elected in 2012, take a WILD guess what they'll do, propose a massive tax cut that we still cant afford and add another trillion to that debt. |

Uhm, no. Playing single player games, listening to music files, viewing images, writing things, etc... are all simple applications that one normally expects to be able to do in a computer.Computers were being sold way before the internet caught on. There is a reason for that.

There's still the problem of him having zero muscle fatigue for the missing portions and his body not needing to provide fuel and oxygen to the missing portions. It a sport measured out in thousandths of a second, everything matters..

I'm probably one of the few people who doesn't find this sad at all. In fact, I think it's encouraging. For too long Hollywood has had a near monopolistic domain over what we do or don't see. It has become a cash machine just like the music industry, artistry be damned. Software technology along with the internet is finally leveling the playing field for lower budget and indie films to compete. So while big studios may fail as there's not as much money to be made, there's plenty of hard working talent who will fill the shoes with more passion and creativity for a much more reasonable price. Hollywood execs have been over paid for too long anyway... just my take/ I'll take "Paranormal Activity" for $15,000 Alex!

Evolutionary theory is one of the most unassailable theories to arise in the past 150 years. It may be seen in action in the lab with microscopic organisms and it may be simulated in an artificial environment with ease. Anyone with a brain and no assumptions about the change in populations over time quickly realizes that the question is not, "does evolution occur?" but rather, "how could evolution possibly not occur?"Most importantly, in my opinion evolution is the most elegant theory ever described in the history of mankind. Of all the possible irrational objections to science, the objection to evolution by you and your ilk is the ugliest. What the ***** man? |
