This Christmas more families are going to be hurting than ever before - folks who have lost someone in a war, families that have lost their homes and too many people who are out of work and depressed. I think if we want to honor the spirit of Christmas we'd do something about that instead of worrying about a television commercial.
Christmas to retailers is what Cinco De Mayo is to beer companies. Not sure why The Gap and other retailers are making a big deal out of this now, afterall this "holiday" is a beast created by them. It has always been about marketing, selling and money not Jesus or religion. They've successfully created a atmosphere where if you can't afford gifts you're looked at as weird, feel left out and some are even driven to suicide.Another corporate Holiday is Cinco De Mayo which doesn't celebrate Mexican independence (which is actually celebrated on Sept 16th) its about selling beer.

Like when all they had were keywords and no web access. I'm getting nostalgic..
Reads like an add for a $500 power cord for audiophiles.Am I understanding that this is (essentially) about a non-standard diameter exhaust pipe.!

Best vote money can buy. Without her, the Senate bill wouldn't have passed that vote.?
I have been saying that for years. I agree 100%. Now, how do we convince everyone else? |

Your post is absolutely wrong. Teeth are quite a late defense mechanism for cats. After their claws have failed. They also use their claws to climb trees to escape danger, not just to ward off attackers. I've yet to see a cat use their teeth and hind legs to get up a tree, but I suppose it could happen. And arguing that the knuckle isn't fully attached, so this is somehow less inhumane? Give me a ***** break. You're condemning the cat to walk around with nubs for the rest of their life.Of course, the safest place for your cat to be is inside only. Inside-outside or outside cats are pretty much all doomed to one of two eventual fates: predators or being hit by a car. But even inside cats will escape from their prisons sometime, and it's best they have all of their faculties available in the outside world. If you're having problems with them attacking your furniture, there are some really easy solutions: double stick tape, buy them a real scratching post, etc, etc.

Actually, no.If it was Mccain's daughter I would not give a ***** either. Now If it were Palin's daughter...And before some right wingnut jumps in "HA! see.", The reason is because Palin lords her family values ***** over everyone and she has NO room to talk.Mccains daughter is conservative, but sane.
