Well according to my friend a couple of his friends in Korea (on deployment for the military) had modded Xboxs. They were playing MW2 for a month prior to the actual release date. So they had hardware mods and were playing a pirated game a month prior to release. The funny thing was is you have to assume this would happen when as MS you could look at servers and see people playing a game that supposedly isn't even released yet. So they sold their Xboxs online (since they were banned) and bought new ones. What does one expect when you mod equipment outside the EULA? I mean if you're going to do it, do it like my other friend who plays MW2 with a modded controller and no Live access (he has no internet). I just have a problem when lawyers find that their client "did nothing wrong" and MS is in the wrong for banning their Xboxs before MW2 officially came out (sorry stupid clients, you modded an xbox and Microsoft caught up to you. It's no different if you were aimbot hacking in a server).
If you were to see all the pictures taken by a pro you'd see the same thing. The difference between a pro and an amateur is that the pro knows the difference so you don't get to see the hundreds of rejected shots. A pro doesn't try to peddle their mediocre shots as masterpieces.

"Your brain. Your brain came loose.""Oh.".
This is a textbook example of logical fallacy and statistical error. They're trying to say that using Gmail causes you to tweet more and use LinkedIn, but it's more likely that they're all getting more users because they are used by younger people who are more likely to use all three websites simply due to their age. Correlation does not imply causation.!

There's not a damn thing human's can do at this point that would lead to the planet's demise. It's been going on for billions of years, and all we will do is kill ourselves and probably take a lot of species with us. It's happened in the planet's past, and if it happens again (but manmade) the only thing that will be gone is us. The planet will be fine.
