Actually, that's more an opinion than an assumption.- Goverment run Non Profit's are much more robust at self-policing corruption since they are subjected to more regulation than private industry by the nature of people such as yourself demanding rigorous examination of tax payer dollars (except of course in the case of blank checks written to private industry, where you seem to think there is no reason to police their activities because free market will take care of everything right?)- What the hell does "right thing to do" mean. I'm talking about the most beneficial to the taxpayers who are footing the bill for all this. You sound like there is some moral absolute here.
