this is where msnbc is as bad as fox news. OH NOES, A BOOK SIGNING IN MICHIGAN, AND THEY'RE ALL WHITE PEOPLE. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Ahhh, another yearly entry at digg. But out of all of them, I don't mind this particular one being a seasonal submission - it's funny enough to see again.

Everytime I see that avatar trailer I think it's 50% pure awesome and 50% rediculous looking blue cat people. If your movie has rediculous looking blue cat people taking up lots of screentime, you have bigger problems than whether or not you can annoy people with 3d gimmicks..
Truer words could never be spoken.!

If the police commissioner says he doubts it will stand up in court why bother taking it to court? Its going to cost way more than $16 to bring this pointless case, should just fine the pub for wasting police time.

I think it is the way to go. I work in front of a PC almost all day long, and 90% of what I do is with applications in a browser. If they could put Excel in browser, it would be 100%. There are so many advantages with cloud applications -- stability, upgrades, security, portability, accessibility. The only thing that is really lacking vis a vis the desktop is rich media and performance. And much of that is what Chrome OS is all about. Personally, I welcome the Chrome OS overlords. |
