This reminds me of the Myspace intervention, only it's not funny. Swaim should stick to being a funny writer, not terrible writer/actor.

“One of my favorite things about the game world in general is going back to my collection and playing older titles that I loved but no one else seems to remember. American McGee's Alice, for example -- people still remember it because of the title, but few remember that it also had some of the best level design in PC Gaming history, for its time, and that it remains a fun and creative title today.I'm always bummed when I reach a point where game X won't run on modern OS's anymore and I have to jump through hoops if I want to play it.

i doubt chrome os will actually be a huge hit, or even make a dent in the market share of bigger companies. but hopefully it can make enough of a splash that the major companies will focus a bit on the things chromium is trying to make better.
The translation software will just scroll a bit "WTF IS THIS, I'M DONE" across your screen and then hang itself.!

I've helped (semi)homeless people at a church before. Many of those who work dead end jobs are also forced to find some place to live because many jobs require residential address. Worst nightmare comes when you don't even have place to stay and people refuse to hire you just because you are without a transportation/residence. And that practice keeps many homeless be homeless and never find a way to settle down. I am just saying, even in the states, there are people who might be just glad to find some place to sleep and rest.

The truthers are not generally liberals. They're Alex Jones fan self-proclaimed libertarians. That is not a dis to all libertarians, though I don't agree with their ideals. Just like I don't think all (fiscal) conservatives should be lumped in with the teabaggers. But that brand of crazy is not solidly left.
