“If you think that the right wing in this country is doing anything better, you are mentally retarded in some form. Both parties (left AND right) have been selling out the people for decades. We're witnessing the effects. Our government needs a fundamental shift in how and more importantly WHY it makes the decisions it does. If two parties are fighting over who gets to prosper off of raping our country, we are all going to lose. Stop playing into their partisan pong match and realize it isn't only a two sided fight. We need an entire departure from the way politics has formed in DC. The people have let this beast feed, now the people need to starve and slay it. Put the power back into the middle class, they always make better decisions than these political/corporate cronies.

Just thought I'd mention since nobody has yet and I'm sorry if it's obvious, but this is not real footage. It is a statistical climate model that has been generated using climate data. It does look very beautiful, but it is computer generated.?
I guess she doesn't know that "retarded" is a valid medical term.re·tarded (-tär′did)adjectiveslowed or delayed in development or progress, esp. because of mental retardationShe can attempt all she wants, but it's part of the vernacular. Then there's that whole pesky freedom of speech thing that Americans loves to go on about. |

Same here. I don't know why 3-D fad keeps coming back time and time again. It's just the same cheesy gimmick over and over.

Doesn't it seem like some of these artists could team up with, say, the MIT Media Lab and stick moving metal skeletons inside their sculptures?I'll tell you what, though, if I see that wrinkly baby robot crawling toward me, I'm gonna run away screaming like a little girl and quite possibly hurl myself off of a cliff. |
