Would it have killed them to do the math and present each chain's popcorn in a standardized unit of measure?FTFA: "...a Regal medium popcorn -- 20 cups -- contains 1,200 calories, 60 grams of saturated fat, and 980 milligrams of sodium... An AMC medium popcorn did better because of its smaller size -- nine cups -- at 590 calories and 33 grams of saturated fat, and a 14-cup Cinemark medium was 760 calories and just 3 grams of saturated fat.."So:Regal = 60 calories, 3g sat. fat, and 49mg sodium per cupAMC = 65.56 calories, 3.6g sat. fat, and ?? sodium per cupCinemark = 54.29 calories,
The fact that you know this is sad

Barackalypse , hilarious name BTW #1 Are you suggesting we could farm enough fish to make up for the amount of fish we extract from the ocean? Not feasible IMHO. Are you familiar with the issues surrounding aquaculture? #2 60%+ of the world's oxygen comes from the ocean. Are you suggesting we could generate more than a fraction of this artificially? Or maybe you envision a world of "domes" where oxygen has become a commodity... sounds real fun! There is a difference between thriving and surviving which i think you are failing to see. No one is arguing about the Earth still being here, just whether or not you would want to live on it..
GPU acceleration is always good.I hope future versions of Firefox & Chrome supports it too.!

damnit! this phrase "the cloud" makes me nuts. You can upload and store your data on the cloud, where people network, and can access and share info without having to directly access peoples machines....... ya, know, also known as the ***** internet!Or web 2.0 where people can comment on stuff, share stuff, post updates about crap.... ya know, like forums and irc.The best is google wave... its a chat room.So chrome is supposed to be this super browser (browsers are sort of their own OS so chrome is just bypassing the need to run one OS on top of another) where the benefit is what??

"Mr. Obama warned the U.S. shouldn't return to relying on growth fueled by consumer borrowing, urging the nation to spend less, save more and get the record federal deficit under control"No *****. Of course, it would also have been nice if either Democrats or Republicans of the last 20 years had made any policy decisions that encouraged exports... It would also be nice if they weren't still spending us into several trillion more dollars of taxpayer debt for wars and health care plans that are doomed to fail.

IE9? Are you kidding? There are still people out there using IE6. How about implementing an auto-update feature so web developers don't have to worry about the x% of people that are still stuck in the past.

I never understood the "this is not critical, so ignore the issue for ever" mentality. There is nothing wrong with L.A. dealing with this issue. At least with this title, the submitter ensures himself a healthy dose of diggs. Sensationalist Title Ftw!
