The Operating System has to be at least.... 3 times less colorful than this..
Helping company profits and GDP does not translate in to rising wealth for the poor and middle class. Many of these electronic companies are Asian or European, transnational. They tend to make their products in China and third world countries. You may help Target and Wal-Mart, but these aren't exactly work places that share their profits with the workers since their workers have no power (non-unionized).!

The people in these countries have little to no medical care. Life expectancy is often half that of developed nations. Often, the only way for any income is for children to beg, or work in a field, or a cess pit collecting plestic, or selling tat to tourists. If the family can't afford food, how do you expect them to afford birth control? Don't have sex you say? Seriously? You expect a man and a wife, without the distraction of TV, ***** PS3s, Xboxes or any other short term ***** developed nations fill their time with, NOT to have sex!?The average 18 year old bloke can't even stop touching his own *****; you expect a man and wife not to have sex?"World is over populated... stop having children... simple as that." FFS. You're right though in one respect. Perhaps we in the developed nations should stop having children. Then, as our populations age and we can no longer afford to sustain ourselves, we can fling the doors open to these kids to come and live; get an education, medicine and shelter. You willing to promise never to breed??

My best friend is a Marine who was deployed to Iraq a few years ago (not in combat). Even after he came back there was always the chance that he'd be redeployed, but he was not - although he remained on the Reserve list until 2 days ago when he received his official discharge. I was always scared he'd be put into combat. Nevertheless, I am thankful every day that he made it through OK, and I'm thankful for what he did and am SO thankful for the most hardcore of them all - men like Lcpl Hefner that went over there, fought the good fight, and gave their lives. Oooorah, man. RIP.

The inevitable problem here becomes... why ever wake up? Put me in a pod and make me a rock-star and use my heat to power the computer overlords who rule under the blackened sky... as long as the steak is tasty and the Italian leather in my spyder is soft...
