Yes. We need to bring everyone to a level of comfort, safety and education vaguely approximating that to that of, say, Romania. Imagine that, Bangladesh, India, China, Botswana, Madagascar, Egypt, Bolivia, Papua, all people having equivalent education, wealth, health care, creature comforts as the average Romanian. Which still isn't christmas, but it would be a lot better.PROBLEM is if we help people up to this level of affluence we instantly increase the level of pollution they put out. And that is a LOT of extra pollution. We must do this, if only to maintain stability, somewhere this century - but it will make a significant difference if we lift three to four billion out of endemic poverty than SIX to EIGHT billion. Remember - that many poor people is a limitless ocean of poor wage countries. If you make sure they are not low wage countries as soon as possible they become consumers of your products rather than competitors for your jawb. So, what's it gona be?
I was reading the other day about someone who still uses Sonique. Who the ***** ever used that?

Agreed, it will give them valuable training and credentials that will increase their earning potential..
Especially considering the people who find no issue devoting hundreds of billions per year to killing find it an atrocity to devote less than a hundred on providing decent healthcare...!

Cy&H is SO hit and miss....?
Since when did Cali pass Canada or European countries? To be honest all highly dank bud, is just highly dank bud IMO. Where it's from doesn't mean much, rather just gives you a better general idea of what to expect due to whats available. |

"“For Lord Mandelson to attempt to create new offenses without proper assessment by the Commons is utterly shameless,” concludes Foster."In other words, its not that they're so much opposed to all the penalties as it is that they're upset they weren't consulted first. If there's one thing a politician can't abide by its being bypassed.

L4D2 was definitely worth the money, especially if you hadn't bought the first. I still think the people who got L4D1 at release for 50 bucks lost out though, and I think that's what a lot of the boycott was about, not whether or not L4D2 was actually going to be worth the money. I think people bought L4D1 for full price, even though it was a bit light in content, because they trusted valve based upon their previous reputation with TF2 and the Half-Life series of games adding content value after the fact. If the game isn't up to snuff for $50, valve has always made it good down the road, and often they've done it in spades so it's a safe buy. Plus, early interviews with Valve employees on L4D1 said pretty similar things, so people bought on trust. I can see why they would be a bit miffed. (remember tf2 included 6 maps at launch)That said, L4D2 is worth it's price right up front, but I expect valve will indeed add content to it and make it even better. I bought l4d2 in the four pack, and so overall have about $33 invested per game, a fair price for both.
