That will hopefully be better than the handheld checkout devices they used previously. Twice i've bought things from the apple store in Cambridge, and twice the handheld device hasn't performed the transaction properly - along with grumbling by the apple store employee about how much it sucks.

virgins are horrible with money.
What they don't tell you is that Rudolf Diesel invented the engine to run on peanut oil. A clean-burning engine in 1893... so it's not his fault at all that Diesels became known as dirty engines. Once the price of crude oil fell, they say goodbye to peanuts. Of course, that wouldn't work on a large scale today with as many vehicles as we have (though a couple people are doing it by filtering used grease), it's interesting that we had a clean vehicle over 100 years ago.

Candorny just got destroyed, think we're going to need some towels. And garbage bags.... Oh god this is a mess....
I'm not sure what's worse1) letting the economy go off the cliff and work on recovering.2) spend.. spend.. spend.. and dump our mess on our children.I think #2 was chosen by the fat cats in corporate and government. It was sold to the public out through fear. Kinda like a drug addict facing a painful recovery or avoidance until death!

The one true victim on this ban will be the parents of children unknowingly buying a used XBOX360 at a bargain this holiday season. Microsoft will then have to deal with countless requests from these new owners asking for their box to be unbanned. No one likes to be taken, people are not going to blame themselves or the person that sold the box. Instead, they will see Microsoft and their banning policy as the culprit. This could potentially be more of a PR problem for Microsoft then the RROD issue.
