If our generation would actually show up to the polls, this wouldn't be a problem..
The tightest hold you'll find on a video poker game is around 8%, most VP games are around 4%. Video poker is very transparent, you can calculate a poker machine by reading the paytable and entering it into software such as Winpoker or Video Poker for Winners. The tightest hold that you can have in most jurisdictions on any electonic gaming device is 20%, most manufacturers will not offer hold percentages over 15%, (unless you're playing at the airport). Yes it is totallly a business decision to set the hold but casinos rely on repeat play. Vegas casinos hold an average of 5% on slots, and an average blackjack game has about a 1.4% house edge. Casinos weren't builf on players winning a great deal but the odds are better than playing a state run lottery.!

Jesus Christ. You don't have to feel sorry for someone who commits suicide. They obviously made that decision. But for *****'s sake at least have some respect for the dead. South Korea has the highest rate of suicide for females of anyone other than China (14.1 out of every 100,000 females in 2006). It's unfortunate, but it's certainly not out of the ordinary for people who grow up in a society where it's so accepted.?
sorry, but the word chemical itself comes from our scientific lexicon. people taking words, that have very specific meanings, and bastardizing them beyond belief does nothing but hurt the lay persons understanding of things. if you were to take, say, an onion and list its chemical composition, there is guaranteed to be someone who will subsequently think onions are bad because they contain chemicals. this is entirely due to idiotic discourse, such as that in the article above, and idiots like you who somehow think the poor use of scientific language in such a manner is justified. there isn't one mention in the article of these chemicals being untested; there isn't one mention of these chemicals being toxic in the article. this article is rubbish. it does nothing but shout "zomg chemicals!!!!" |

The article says 4-10 UNITSA 50mL shot is 1.69 oz, which is a little bigger than 1 US shot or 1 "drink" and that is considered 2 units.

I've never smoked week, and I don't intend to. However, I am all for it's legalization for so many reasons. For instance, our jails are filled with people 25 to life on pot charges, sharing cells with people who should be there. I do, in fact, have a moral compass, but weed does not conflict with it. It's an arbitrarily elevated issue, and it's illegality causes way more harm than good. |
