(It's not nice to pick on retards.)
Are you really dissing the spork? My wife got me a titanium spork a few years back as a joke - even made a little leather sheath. I ground one edge sharp and it's been an invaluable tool.

People "pirate" because they can't use what they paid for! Make it easy for people to enjoy the media they paid for in a way that people want, instead of locking them to a specific device and people will stop looking for other ways to get media that they want. Also copyright was intended to be limited to promote innovation, not unlimited, lifetime + it involved into now. We must abolish current copyright system and go back to what it was intended to be originally and adjust it for current technology and we must do away with this and other government granted monopolies. Monopolies are bad for consumers and they are illegal, there should be no exceptions.?
Who the hell let Palin have water? You know she starts multiplying if you do that. Next thing you know they are gonna feed her after midnight, then we're screwed. |

ExtremophilesMain article: ExtremophileExtremophiles are microorganisms which have adapted so that they can survive and even thrive in conditions that are normally fatal to most life-forms. For example, some species have been found in the following extreme environments: * Temperature: as high as 130 °C (266 °F),[46] as low as −17 °C (1.4 °F)[47] * Acidity/alkalinity: less than pH 0,[48] up to pH 11.5[49] * Salinity: up to saturation[50] * Pressure: up to 1,000-2,000 atm, down to 0 atm (e.g. vacuum of space)[51] * Radiation: up to 5kGy[52]Don't underestimate the resilience of bacteria, and i know those are extreme examples.

Your "argument" is based on the assumption that government is pure. Having the government conduct the service just means the theft ("profit or fraud") is easier to get away with; it does not mean it will not happen. What government have you been living under?

Though his use of Taq for PCR was pretty brilliant, the rest of his scientific career has been pretty underwhelming. Also as far as I can see his initial comments were made 3 - 4 years after the discovery of HIV, and in a quick search couldn't find him saying anything about it in the past 12 years. Again quick search so very well may have missed something big. James Watson who has a pretty impressive scientific track record beyond his contribution to DNA has also said some pretty controversial things.
