Bionic Humans? They have already started to implement this with people who are paralyzed. "Such technology already has been developed in experimental form using small arrays of penetrating electrodes that stick into the brain. The University of Utah pioneered development of the 100-electrode Utah Electrode Array used to read signals from the brain cells of paralyzed people. In experiments in Massachusetts, researchers used the small, brain-penetrating electrode array to help paralyzed people move a computer cursor, operate a robotic arm and communicate.Meanwhile, researchers at the University of Utah and elsewhere are working on a $55 million Pentagon project to develop a lifelike bionic arm that war veterans and other amputees would control with their thoughts, just like a real arm. Scientists are debating whether the prosthetic devices should be controlled from nerve signals collected by electrodes in or on the brain, or by electrodes planted in the residual limb."http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2009/06/09062 ... Technology continues to become more impressive every day.
1. What socialist agenda? Clearly, you have no idea what socialism is, like most conservatives.2. Baseless speculation. We don't know what Obama would do unchecked because he's not unchecked.3. If his ideas are so out of mainstream, why do they poll so well with people every time neutral language is used?4. You're ignorant if you think the left is more likely to deficit spend. Compare Clinton to Reagan.

“Also, while I'm on this rant: I hate to see cops speeding anytime. I live in a small town with hardly any crime. If there's a medical emergency, you need an ambulance. If there's a fire, you need the fire dept. If there's a car crash, you need the fire dept and ambulance. The police really don't need to rush anywhere unless there's an active bank robbery or someone with a gun shooting at people. I see cops racing down the road with their lights on only to see them parked behind another cop that pulled someone over. It's all ***** games with those *****, they're more of a danger to this town than they are any help.

$100 million is pocket change. Landrieu took a bribe of $300 million, and then bragged about it:http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/artic ...
