I was under the impression Obama didn't approve of these sort of dirty dealings. Of course, I also thought him and the Democratic leadership agreed to not voting on a bill until the final text had been available for 72 hours and we've thrown that out the window several times already.

Way To Go Mr. Phillips!.
They are colons: punctuation separating clauses: independent or dependent: English wouldn't quite be the same without them: maybe one day colons will replace other similiar marks: semi-colons and dashes better watch out.!

That credit card scam actually happened to me on a trip to CA. I get back and see a charge for $650 for some weird hosting packages I never signed up for. I have no idea how they got my card number (I suspect the car rental place) or how but I am certain it happened while on vacation. My bank took care of it but it's still very easy to get caught in a situation like that.?
He's talking about right-wingers using the term "terrorism" as if there's something wrong with that, my point was, there's something wrong in avoiding calling it for what it is.Looks like this was a guy who had a business failing, but if it were yet another Muslim Gone Wild, I hate to think how the left-wing media would squirm and do anything to avoid calling it for what it is.

If they feel so strongly about it why are Catholic Bishops trying to stop sick people from getting health care while cowardly trying to attach their personal beliefs to a health care reform bill that does not advance or degrade abortion. These Bishops need to make their own bill and push it if they feel so strongly. It is sad that private health insurance is so desperate that they are trying to create a wedge issue using people who have pledged to help the weak and sick.
