I except MIT to show up with some sort of motorized brooms and flying quaffles.
Wow that looks nothing like Obama. It looks like a white guy in black face.

“What do you think is going to happen when that occurs? They'll change steam around so the UI better supports the 360 controller, meaning now we'll have the same problem on two services with no alternatives.

The only options in my neighbor hood is crappy Verizon DSL and Comcast. I had Verizon DSL, but it was only 768k and after having it a few years it would always go down whenever it got warm outside. Comcast has been much better for me.Still I'd like to get FIOS, but it's not available in my town yet, but it is available in surrounding towns. Verizon sucks, I should have been able to get FIOS by now. Screw Verizon..
People "pirate" because they can't use what they paid for! Make it easy for people to enjoy the media they paid for in a way that people want, instead of locking them to a specific device and people will stop looking for other ways to get media that they want. Also copyright was intended to be limited to promote innovation, not unlimited, lifetime + it involved into now. We must abolish current copyright system and go back to what it was intended to be originally and adjust it for current technology and we must do away with this and other government granted monopolies. Monopolies are bad for consumers and they are illegal, there should be no exceptions.!

why can't people be normal? you don't have to go crazy PETA on people's asses, and you don't have to be a fatass eating all the animals. Just use what you can to survive and be respectful of other living things.?

Who knew inhaling smoke would have negative repercussions? I am all for smokers to stop and for the tobacco companies to go out of business if you must know.

As if the cringe worthy sexist subtext of the novels wasn't enough, the movies feature some of the most overwrought acting I've ever seen. The dialog plays out like bad fanfiction, the setting is about as compelling as a desk chair, and the characters have all the depth of a piss stain and are about as appealing.I have no idea what is supposed to the least bit appealing about these books or movies. None. Have people just not read good writing before? Have they not seen a good movie before? The only way I can imagine someone enjoying all of this is by virtue of simply not knowing any better. The really disturbing part is that I'm at university and all of these 18-22 year old girls are just as obsessed with these books as your average middle schooler. These are people I would otherwise respect, and yet here they are obsessing over stories that, aside from being just poorly conceived and written, effectively set women back 50 years.I just... why? Can anyone explain to me why? |
