| I totally use exclamation points and emoticons (well, just a basic smiley). Admittedly, this started about 5 years ago, after getting a job where my manager, immediate co-workers, and dept execs are all female. And whenever I do it, I can feel the femininity of the act. Still, by this point I just can't avoid using those little punctuated pukes of emotion. |

Tom Waits has more cool in his discarded nail clippings than all the artists on the Top 10 hits list put together.

A damn ***** idiot you are. You're first argument didn't make any sense at all... And you assume I'm an atheist....
Actually what you said was 1-0 was not enough to qualify, that they HAD to score another. My point is that is wrong. They could have qualified in the shoot put, as could France. But ***** the French and their fair play. The Irish will take some heart from watching the rest of the world supporting against you pricks next June.!

The type of people who would probably don't play video games, they're too busy in their fortified bunkers in Utah impregnating their 13-year old nieces.

I believe the population has already exceeded the planet's carrying capacity. So I made the conscious decision a long time ago not to have kids. (Cue all the stupid "digg users don't have sex" jokes, let's get those out of the way early.) No, I don't believe the overall premise of Idiocracy, funny as it was, because genetics seem to make distribution of intelligence a crapshoot. Deciding to have kids is nothing but a tremendous act of ego. Your genes aren't so special that pulling them out of the gene pool at this point will accomplish a damned thing. Eventually, the descendants of your children will thank those of us who decided not to breed.

Why should we? After all if "Change", "Change you can beleive in". "Change has come to America".. Christ it was easy to tell you guys were falling for a mantra, you all chanted it so hopefully.... so proud, so....foolish. So now that what is happening, or not happening, is exactly what libertarians told you was going to happen or not happen, complete with the excuses going to be used... how and why wouldn't you expect your noses to be rubbed into it? Even more deserving considering the cost it has brought on to the future.

"You would think bostonians would be more used to graffiti and marketing campaigns"Bostonians? Yep.People running the show? Oh, HELL NO.I had tried to pull one of them down for, um..., my "evidence locker" (also known as my living room) mere minutes before those guys with the bomb-suits and ladders showed. It was pretty obvious THEY knew what it was too, but that doesn't stop the guy in the suit (with the nice window office that faces the Common) from freaking-the-*****-out. |
