Admitted to the New York and California State Bars, Sandy began his law practice in New York as a criminal attorney. After a chance meeting with the owner of the famed Bottom Line Night Club in New York City, Sandy formed a law firm with the club's owner, Stan Snadowsky to represent musical artists and concert promoters. Sandy later moved to California and continued his entertainment practice, expanding beyond music to film and television as well. With the explosion in the last ten years of intellectual property rights, his practice now also encompasses new media and the Internet. Sandy has been associated with some of the finest lawyers and law firms in Los Angeles and he has developed a practice that ranges from music artists, record producers, record companies, and songwriters in the music sector, to actors, writers, and producers in the television and film arenas. In addition, he specializes in representing management companies, comedians and artists in the Latin entertainment business.
Sandy left the "big firm" milieu and Century City to start Fox Law Group in 1999. His mandate is to provide excellent legal work in an entrepreneurial and friendly environment. The firm's focus is on quality and service and it is committed to helping clients achieve their goals in a positive and constructive environment.
Sandy lives in Brentwood, California with his wife, Gail, their three children, Emily, Andrew and Audrey, and their dog, Luna. His interests range from sports to travel and especially hanging out with his family. Mark
L. Levinson Bachelor of Arts, Brooklyn College, City University of

Mark began his legal career in New York working for the merchandising agency for the Beatles and then graduated to working for their attorney.
He soon concentrated in working at Film Companies and was in house counsel for Columbia Pictures/Screen Gems Television; Avco Embassy Pictures, United Artists Pictures. Mark relocated to California where he was head of business affairs for EMI Records and eventually became President of Picture Music International, the video arms of EMI Records, World Wide where he was involved in music videos and television productions.
Mark went back into private practice and was a partner in the Century City law firm, Sklar, Levinson and Dornstein. In 2003 Mark joined Sandy Fox in his office in Sherman Oaks.
Mark practices entertainment law with emphasis on music, music publishing, legitimate stage; motion pictures and television.
Mark has 3 children, is a horseman and currently lives on a small ranch in the northern San Fernando Valley.
Tabetha
Plummer is a native of St. Louis, Missouri. In 1991, Ms. Plummer
received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from St. Mary's
University in San Antonio, Texas. In 1994, Ms. Plummer received her Juris
Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas and
was admitted to practice law in California in December 2000.
In 1993, Ms. Plummer moved to Los Angeles to pursue a legal career in the entertainment industry. She completed her last year of law school at Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California and worked as an intern in the Business and Legal Affairs Department of Motown Record Company, LP. While there, she established their copyright department and authored a copyright instructional manual.
Afterwards, Ms. Plummer worked for three years at the Law Office of Darrell Thompson. There, she was responsible for and participated in the negotiation of several major recording, publishing and distribution deals. Additionally, she worked with some of the industry's top artists, managers, producers, songwriters and industry executives.
In 1997, Plummer formed her own management and consulting company, The Entertainment Group. Her business began to soar in the gospel music arena after meeting and providing consulting services to Ms. Neily Dickerson, owner of Church Howse Music (an independent gospel record label) and the ND co. (a marketing and promotions company for gospel music). It was during this time that Ms. Plummer began and continues to manage members of the recording group, The Family (formally known as Kirk Franklin & The Family).
In 1999, Ms. Plummer had the great pleasure of working with Reverend Billy Graham's World Wide Pictures on the made for television movie, Something To Sing About.
In December 2000, Ms. Plummer closed The Entertainment Group and opened her own law firm. In January, 2006, she became of counsel to the Fox Law Group.
Ms. Plummer currently represents a variety of notable songwriters, music producers, and recording artists.
Pete
Folger Bachelor of Arts, Yale University, New Haven, CT
Pete began his professional career working for Dr. George Gallup in his advertising and market research firm in Princeton, NJ as a research associate.
He was hired by Mattel Inc. and relocated to Los Angeles. With young children, he was the hero of his family bringing home a continual parade of Hot Wheels cars and Barbie dolls. While at Mattel as the Director of Marketing Research, he was responsible for evaluating and helping to market a diverse line of product for a rapidly growing multi million-dollar international toy company.
He later entered the advertising world and became a Senior Vice President for Saatchi and Saatchi, when it was the world’s largest advertising agency. He initially worked on the newly acquired Toyota account, and later won and managed the Bridgestone Tire and Yamaha Motor Sports accounts, among others.
Pete met Sandy Fox while working for Miles Copeland, one of Sandy’s
clients. Pete had various responsibilities in the music business for Miles
and in true entrepreneurial spirit created the world’s first CD vending
machine.
In 2003, Pete started working with Sandy in the food business and re-introduced
Jeff Foxworthy’s bar-b-que sauces to the United States. Then he and
Sandy developed a licensing business as a service for several clients. Today
he is the Director of Licensing for the Fox Law Group and now guides the
licensing programs for a half dozen clients in categories as diverse as
food, toys, novelties and apparel.
Pete and his wife of 45 years live in Manhattan Beach, California. Their
four grown children are widely scattered across the U.S. And their five
grandchildren are all Mattel consumers. His hobbies include movie going,
tennis and with no surviving pets, they are free to travel.
Zeke Lopez is a partner of Fox Law Group and concentrates in transactional entertainment and sports law matters, primarily negotiating and drafting agreements for writers, directors, producers, actors, spokespeople, rights holders and production companies.
Prior to joining Fox Law Group, Mr. Lopez spent a total of 9 years at prestigious law firms in Los Angeles, California where he concentrated in all facets of transactional entertainment law. Mr. Lopez most recently was an attorney at Loeb & Loeb LLP in their Century City offices. Prior to private practice, Mr. Lopez spent 3 years as a lawyer at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios in the Entertainment Legal division, where he represented the movie studio in various entertainment matters related to the production, distribution, and acquisition of television and theatrical motion picture product.
Mr. Lopez is a former member of the UCLA School of Law Alumni Board, is Outside General Counsel of the Bravo Foundation and is actively involved in the Motion Picture & Television Fund’s The Next Generation Council.
Mr. Lopez received his J.D. degree from the UCLA School of Law and his B.A. degree (with high honors) from the University of California, San Diego. While at the UCLA School of Law, he served as vice-chairperson of the UCLA Sports Law Federation and was a member of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review.

JaQay L. Carlyle
(jaqay@foxlawgroup.com) has been involved in the sports
industry for over fifteen years. His love of basketball took him all around the
country playing the sport he loved, but he never forgot about the importance of
education. JaQay collected Associate degrees from Mesa Community College and Los
Angeles City College, a Bachelor's degree from University of California at Davis
(where he played Division I college basketball), and finally his Juris Doctor with
an intellectual property concentration from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law.
While in law school, JaQay served as a summer associate at Matheny, Sears, Linkert, and Jaime where he worked directly with prominent WNBA sports agent Eric Wiesel (now with Wiesel Sports). Additionally, while in law school JaQay worked at the law offices of Joseph Carroll, a boutique firm specializing in real property and real estate. Upon graduation JaQay served as a judicial extern for the honorable Peter Mirich in the Los Angeles Superior Court. Most recently, JaQay worked at the Law Offices of Michael A. Miller, a boutique law firm that specialized in entertainment and sports law.
JaQay also serves as the web director for the popular Southern California semi-professional basketball league, the Drew League. Additionally, he coaches youth basketball and serves as the chairman of the executive committee of the Redwood Club of Thousand Oaks for the Boys and Girls Club.
